Things you can ask the moment it's installed

"What are my outstanding receivables, and which customers have crossed 60 days?"
"Pull my GSTR-2B for March and reconcile it against my purchase bills."
"Show me the P&L from Tally for last month and flag anything unusual."
"How much input tax credit can I claim this month?"
"Which five customers drive most of my revenue, and is that concentration growing?"
"Find SaaS companies in Pune that raised funding recently and are hiring sales roles."

Claude answers from your live books, your Tally instance, the GST portal, and your sales tools. No exports, no spreadsheets, no copy-paste.

02 / ROUTING

What happens between your question and the answer

"Ask Claude anything" only works if something serious decides what to do with each question. That something is a learning engine that runs on your machine, and it gets faster the more you use it.

No hand-written rules, no retraining. The platform learns each route once and reuses it forever, locally. The model only ever sees the question's wording and a short summary. Your books stay yours.

01

Read the question.

The platform pulls the structured details out of your question, the month, the GSTIN, the ledger, and rewrites the rest into a reusable pattern like "TDS on bills for {month}".

02

Match a learned route.

The pattern is embedded locally into a 768-dimension vector and matched against everything the platform has answered before, held in PostgreSQL with pgvector. A close match (cosine ≥ 0.92) is reused in milliseconds, with no AI call at all.

03

Ask Claude, but narrowly.

For a genuinely new question, the platform shortlists the twelve most relevant tools and hands only those to Claude, which picks the exact tool and fills in the parameters. Focused context, fewer mistakes, and only the question's text ever leaves.

04

Learn it for next time.

The resolved route is saved back to the learning store, then the tool runs locally: decimal-safe arithmetic, personal data stripped, results compressed to a tight summary Claude turns into prose. Ask something similar again and it answers instantly.

03 / CONNECTORS

Seven connectors, 122 business tools

Deep coverage of the software Indian businesses run on, plus the orchestration layer that ties it together.

04 / PRIVACY

Private by architecture, not by policy

Most integrations work by copying your data into someone else's cloud. MCPPlatform works by not doing that. Here is exactly what stays on your machine and the one thing that can leave it.

+

Everything runs locally.

The routing engine, the learning store, the connectors, and the databases all run on your PC. Your invoices, ledgers, and customer names are processed where they already live.

+

Credentials never leave your device.

API keys and OAuth tokens are stored only in your local Claude Desktop config. We never receive them and we never log them.

+

One thing can leave, and we name it.

When the platform meets a genuinely new question, the wording of that question travels out to Claude, a few hundred tokens of text. Your data, amounts, and entity names do not go with it. You can see exactly where the line is.

+

The learning store remembers patterns, not data.

Every route the platform learns is stored as a pattern with placeholders, "P&L for {month}", never "P&L for March for your company". No org names, GSTINs, or amounts are ever written to it.

+

Claude sees summaries, not your database.

Every result is shaped, filtered for personal data, and compressed to a short summary before it reaches Claude. The model writes the narrative. It never holds your raw records.

+

Aligned with Indian data law.

A local-first design lines up with the DPDP Act 2023, CERT-In Directions 2022, and IT Act Section 43A by default. There is no customer financial data on our servers to secure, breach, or subpoena.

+

Only what you chose gets installed.

Your installer contains your connectors and nothing else. A Tally-only customer never receives Apollo or Zoho code at all.

05 / SETUP

From signup to first answer in five steps

01

Create a free account.

Sign up with an email and password. Your connector selection is tied to your account, so your setup stays yours.

02

Pick your connectors.

Choose from the catalog: Zoho Books, TallyPrime, Apollo.io, GST Portal, Intent Signals, Xero. Take only what you use.

03

Download your installer.

We compile a Windows .exe for your exact selection. Only the connectors you chose are in the package. Python, dependencies, everything is bundled.

04

Run it and connect your accounts.

Sign in once to verify your account, then enter your own API keys. For Zoho Books, a browser opens for OAuth sign-in. Every credential is written to your local Claude Desktop config and nowhere else.

05

Ask Claude.

Restart Claude Desktop and ask in plain English. The platform routes each question to the right connector and the right tool.
